Acupuncture/ Cupping (30 minutes)

Acupuncture treatments are based on a Traditional Chinese Medicine intake that includes a tongue and pulse diagnosis.  Depending on the concern, a typical acupuncture protocol includes weekly sessions for a minimum of 6 weeks.  Acupuncture can be effective in a variety of concerns including menstrual irregularities, anxiety, fertility, muscle and/or joint pain, migraines, and digestive concerns. Cupping may be used in combination with acupuncture or may be done as a stand-alone therapy.

Cupping (30 minutes)

Cupping is another form of therapy used in Tradition Chinsese Medicine. It can be used in combination with acupuncture or without. Cupping helps to encourage blood flow to area and is often used to treat muscle tension.
